In the spring and early summer this shrub is covered with fragrant, double white flowers.

  • Compact shrub, ideal for smaller gardens
  • Loaded with double, pure white, fragrant flowers
  • Exfoliating bark

Best to plant where it has plenty of room to grow as a hedge or screen.

Height: 4-5 ft
Spread: 2-4 ft
Zone: 5-9
Color: White

Interesting Notes about Mock-orange:

The flowers of the Mockorange shrub are pure white and the sweet fragrance can rarely be matched. It blooms in late May into June and what remains of the season is a shrub ideal for the background. The shrub can grow in heavy clay soils or nutrionally poor soils so there is purpose, but it spreads freely and should be used where it has room to grow and still be able to enjoy it in the spring.
