Interesting Notes about Little Bluestem:

A native grass to prairies, fields and roadsides is also a great addition to the landscape. It is a low-care ornamental grass that makes a great vertical accent in contrast to broad spreading neighboring plants. This grass tolerates heat and drought, has awesome fall color and provides excellent winter interest. It does self seed, but not aggressively.
