Large, round heads of white flowers on this tidy, mounded shrub last the better part of summer into fall.

Interesting Notes about Smooth Hydrangea:

This shrub grows naturally in areas in moist, partially shaded woodland slopes or ravines. It will tolerate full sun as long as kept moist, but if too dry for too long the foliage will decline. The shrub is fast-growing and will send out new shoots (suckers) freely if given the opportunity.
