A slow-growing tree with beautiful pink flowers in the spring and an ideal tree to sit under in the heat of the summer.

Interesting Notes about Japanese Snowbell:

This is a nice little shade tree that is ideal for the small landscape. It prefers to be constantly moist, but not wet, and needs the soil to be well-drained. Because the roots are not too aggressive it is a good tree to plant hosta or other ground cover beneath it.
