Great choice for the sunny perennial border or in large groups in the meadow.

Interesting Notes about Mexican Hat:

This carefree perennial is tough, tolerant of drought and the flower holds up well with rain.  The vibrant colors, especially when in large groups will create a flashy wave of color for the entire season.  The flowers make great dried flowers, but best to get to them for harvest before the songbirds discover them.
