It is a very tidy and low-maintenance, adaptable tree with outstanding fall foliage.

This is a long-lived tree that grows best in full sun, but that is where the demands ends.  It is extremely adaptable to different soil types, pH levels and can tolerate dry or moist conditions and pollution.   The tree blooms when few trees do and will be noticeable due to the pleasant smell.
